Same glass. Different proof.
Zero-Proof Spirits for a Proper Cocktail
Zero-proof spirits are made for the part of a drink that is not just the mixer. Aroma, flavor, balance, ice, and the glass all have a role. IMPOSTER offers four spirit-inspired expressions to build that drink around.
Choose botanical Gin, agave-inspired Tequila, vanilla-and-citrus Rum, or woody, spiced Whiskey. Start with a familiar cocktail, then find the bottle and recipe that fit it.

01
Four expressions, four useful directions
Gin brings juniper and citrus to tonic and botanical serves. Tequila brings agave, smoke, vanilla, cayenne, and oak to citrus-led drinks. Rum brings vanilla, citrus, and caramel to tropical and lime-forward drinks. Whiskey brings citrus, caramel, oak, cedar, walnut, and cinnamon to stirred and shaken serves.
02
Non-alcoholic spirits are not all the same
The terms zero-proof and non-alcoholic are used across a varied category. They are not a substitute for reading a specific product label. IMPOSTER describes its core lineup as 0.0% ABV, but a finished cocktail depends on everything added to it.
Choose by verified flavor and the drink you plan to make. A tonic highball, a stirred Old Fashioned-style drink, and a fruit Margarita ask different things of the base.
03
Build one drink well
A bottle, a measured recipe, fresh ice, and a suitable glass are a better starting point than a shelf full of ingredients you have not tried. Use the recipe collection and practical Journal guides to make an informed first pour.
Recipes to make

Gin & Tonic
A Gin & Tonic is a useful place to understand what the bottle and mixer each bring to a drink.

Sparkling Strawberry Yuzu Margarita
Strawberry and bright citrus, shaken with IMPOSTER Tequila and finished with bubbles.

Daiquiri
Daiquiri keeps the ingredient balance visible: IMPOSTER Rum, lime juice, and simple syrup, with no carbonated mixer or fruit purée.

Smoked Black Cherry Old Fashioned
Black cherry gives this Old Fashioned-style drink its dark fruit center, while orange bitters keep the finish aromatic.
Questions
- What is the difference between a zero-proof spirit and a mixer?
- A spirit-inspired base provides the flavor direction that a cocktail is built around. A mixer extends or balances it. Both affect the finished drink, so choose and measure them together.
- Where do I buy IMPOSTER?
- Shop the current lineup online. For a local retailer or a hospitality inquiry, contact IMPOSTER for current availability; no unverified stockist directory is listed here.
