01
Choose a role for the lineup
A bar may want a botanical highball and a citrus-led option. A restaurant may want a short welcome-drink menu. A retailer may want to understand the expressions and their cocktail uses before discussing a shelf selection. Start the inquiry with that use case so the conversation is about your actual business.
You do not need to propose every expression at once. Gin and Tequila can support distinct long drinks; Rum opens lime-and-fruit directions; Whiskey supplies a woody, spiced direction. Compare the bottle information and recipes before deciding which belong in your program.
02
Build a menu your team can repeat
Select a small number of measured recipes and test their serving methods in your own setup. Gin and Tonic is built in an iced highball. Daiquiri is shaken and strained. A recipe with a seasoned rim, muddled fruit, or sparkling top requires a different service plan from a simple built drink.
Keep the recipe, ingredients, measuring tool, glass, and garnish together during training. Review each mixer and garnish for any alcohol or allergen information your guests need. A zero-proof base alone does not answer those questions for the finished menu item.
03
What to include in a wholesale inquiry
Use the inquiry form to introduce the business and the person responsible for the conversation. Tell us the type of operation, where it is located, and which expressions or serving ideas you are considering. If the request is connected to an event or launch, include that timing.
Useful context helps distinguish a shelf inquiry from a menu trial or a one-off event. Describe the intended use and questions you need answered rather than treating a consumer product listing as a wholesale quote.
- Business name, type, location, and website if available.
- Your name and the best contact details for the inquiry.
- Expressions of interest and whether the use is retail, menu, hospitality, or event service.
- Relevant dates, anticipated needs, and ordering questions.
04
Discuss terms before planning an order
Ask the team about current wholesale availability, ordering requirements, pricing, fulfillment, and timing for your business. These are conversation-specific details, not promises established by the editorial page. Submitting an inquiry is not an order or an automatic approval of trade terms.
For press assets or a creator partnership rather than a trade purchase, use the Press & Media resources or contact page. Keeping the request on the appropriate path helps explain what information or collaboration you are actually seeking.
